Elena Briko
Head of the Learning Cycle unit
Elena is in charge of the analysis and improvement of existing processes aimed at determining the demand for personnel development and training, building an end-to-end architecture of personnel development, transferring and supporting the outcomes of training and experience, and assessing training efficiency.
Elena graduated from the Moscow Financial and Industrial Academy with a degree in business assessment. She received additional education in leadership programmes at Duke University, ТМА World, London. Elena joined NLMK on 1 December 2021. She has 12 years of work experience in personnel training, development, and assessment in international steelmaking and mining companies. She worked in Luxembourg, South Africa, and Guinea. Throughout her career, Elena founded and managed three corporate universities for companies in steelmaking and mining of coal and gold.
Lyudmila Klimuk
Head of the Learning Support
Lyudmila is responsible for organization and planning of LS execution and their budgeting as well as a learning process organization in the CU Campus.
Lyudmila joined NLMK in December 2018.
Lyudmila’s career began at the Russian Ministry of Justice. She then went on to work in the banking sector for 15 years, where she was in charge of activities related to mortgage transactions and mortgage product sales.
For the 3 years before joining NLMK, Lyudmila led the Business Support department at a commercial bank, part of a major international financial services group. The principal focus of her activities was training and developing business department employees, administering training programmes, as well as shaping and maintaining the incentive system.
Lyudmila graduated from the Russian Law Academy of the Russian Ministry of Justice. In 2002, she completed an international law course at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, a university run by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Polina Kolesova
Head of the Learning Design and Development Formats unit,
ACTING DIRECTOR OF NLMK CORPORATE UNIVERSITY
Polina joined NLMK in April 2021. She is in charge of setting up the operation of four schools: Strategy and Value Management, Operational Efficiency and Safety, Leadership and Teamwork, Project Management. The key objectives of all the schools are: systemic management of the learning solutions portfolio, preparing a pool of internal trainers, introducing innovative learning technologies, developing case-studies and learning materials.
Polina has 13 years of work experience in corporate training and team development for companies in retail, IT, development, telecom, and consulting.
Polina graduated from the Linguistics Faculty of the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. She received additional education in marketing and branding, as well as a professional coach certification from the International Coaching Academy. She is a certified facilitator, gamification specialist, and trainer.
Vyacheslav Lanskoy
Learning Automation Track Manager
Vyacheslav is in charge of integrating the Corporate University’s support and training systems with NLMK’s internal corporate digital systems, creating and developing the Virtual Campus platform, and integrating the product approach in project implementation.
Before joining NLMK, Vyacheslav was in charge of creating and developing digital products in the steelmaking and transport industries. He implemented e-commerce projects for pipe products and cars from official dealer centers, monetizing airport services, and digitalizing the training of highly qualified talent in Russian steelmaking and machine building.
He joined NLMK in December 2021.
Vyacheslav has extensive experience in implementing digital projects in various industries, identifying the needs of business customers and product users, transforming business requirements into functional ones, integrating projects with internal and external systems, collaborating with internal and external development teams, and enhancing the user characteristics of products.
Vyacheslav graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in Standardization, Certification, Metrological Support, and Interchangeability.
Evgeny Skrochinsky
LEARNING CONTENT DIGITALIZATION TRACK MANAGER
Evgeny is in charge of developing and introducing new, advanced formats of remote and asynchronous learning, creating and publishing digital content in various systems, and setting up the customer journey in the SAP SF training system.
Evgeny joined NLMK in December 2020. Prior to joining our company, Evgeny spent over 8 years working in the training departments of a large Russian petrochemical company and an international retail company, he led a distance learning team, and was engaged in evaluating the efficiency of educational programmes.
He has extensive experience in the development of distance, full-time and mixed learning programmes, as well as digitalization and automation of learning processes.
Evgeny graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics, Management, and Law (currently Moscow Witte University) with a degree in Organization Management.
