NLMK Production System is about the everyday search by each employee for new improvement opportunities in their workplace. In order to bring such improvements to life, they need tools. In the course we are going to explore the standard operating procedure, control charts, 6S and other approaches enable more efficient, faster and safer operations.
You will learn the types of problems that can be solved, and the tools that can be used. On top of that you will get acquainted with existing practices from various sites. The course contains a lot of exercises that make learning fun, and help understand how to achieve results with each of the tools.
