Campus Opening Ceremony

Opening Ceremony for our innovative learning and cultural center — The NLMK Corporate University Campus. NLMK Corporate University is a centre for advanced Learning Solutions and for the dissemination of the Company’s own accumulated knowledge, as well as global best practices and global expertise.

In 2017, construction of the NLMK Corporate University Campus started on the site of the former Metallurgical Community Center in Lipetsk. Today the Corporate University Campus opens its doors to provide a wide range of services for both NLMK employees and external clients. The campus can hold an event of any form with the support of video conferencing and simultaneous interpretation into several languages.

The grand opening will be attended by NLMK and Corporate University management, internal trainers and external experts. The attendees will have a chance to witness the University’s advanced training solutions and best practices in organizing corporate training.

Workshops

After the ceremony, guests are invited to attend various workshops, panel discussions and training sessions conducted by leading experts, NLMK internal trainers, as well as by the Corporate University’s own professional team.

The Event Finale

In the event finale, an amazing multimedia show will be presented to guests and city residents alike, which will unfold right on the facade of the Corporate University Campus.

The audience will learn more about the history of the company, which is closely intertwined with modern Russian history. They will see how NLMK's ideas become reality. The event will end with a festive fireworks display.
