Polina Kolesova

DIRECTOR OF NLMK UNIVERSITY

Polina joined NLMK in April 2021. Polina has 13 years of work experience in corporate training and team development for companies in retail, IT, development, telecom, and consulting.

Polina graduated from the Linguistics Faculty of the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. She received additional education in marketing and branding, as well as a professional coach certification from the International Coaching Academy. She is a certified facilitator, gamification specialist, and trainer.

Leonid Vasilyev

Head of Management Learning Solution Development

Leonid joined NLMK in April 2022. He is responsible for the development of the organization in the NLMK University. learning solutions and level programmes portfolio, management of delivery quality, integration of new learning formats, alignment of learning solutions and programmes with the Company’s development goals and NLMK’s leadership competency model.

Leonid has more than 20 years of experience in business and executive education at Russia’s leading universities. He developed MBA and corporate education programmes for Russian majors. He sat on the Council of the Russian Business Education Association and Council of the Educational and Academic Methodological Association of Russian Universities for Management Education. Leonid is an expert member of the National Business Education Accreditation Council. A published author on strategic management and business education with over 30 academic papers.

Leonid graduated from Izhevsk State Technical University majoring in Enterprise Economics and Management. He holds a PhD in Economics.

He is active as a Corporate University internal trainer for the “Strategic Management” and “NLMK Company” learning solutions.

Daria Zherdeva

Head of Learning Solution Development, Production Technologies and Functional Knowledge

Daria joined NLMK on 1 June 2018. She is responsible for developing and implementing a portfolio of educational solutions on professional competencies for production transformation stages and production-related functional areas.

Daria has over 18 years of experience in training and people development across various fields: professional education, advertisement, real estate and insurance. She developed training and development programs for management and business in B2B and B2C segments; designed talent pool and successtion programs; created and cascaded a T&D process methodology for a regional corporate education network.

Daria graduated from Ulianovsk State Pedagogical University, majoring in “Pedagogy and Psychology”. She has further education in people management. Daria is a certified expert in change management, facilitator and trainer. Member of Council for Professional Qualifications’ Independent Qualification Assessment Committee in Metals & Mining.

Mariya Morozova

Head of the Learning Cycle unit

Maria joined NLMK in April 2022. She is responsible for supporting and developing processes and the existing methodology of the University, particularly ensuring methodological unity in managerial and professional training, strengthening adaptation methods, and providing an evolutionary transition to a pull model for personnel development.

Maria has over 10 years of experience in corporate learning and talent development in the production company of the oil services sector Schlumberger, as well as in FMCG company Ferrero.

Maria graduated from Tomsk University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics with a degree in Comprehensive Information Objects Protection, and also completed her studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Tomsk Polytechnic University with a specialization in Professional Communication Translation. Additionally, she holds a certificate of a professional coach from Erickson International University.

Maria is currently serving as an internal trainer within NLMK University's Level Programmes and Special Educational Projects on educational solutions such as «Management Skills», «Inspirational Leadership», «Teamwork», «Cross-Functional Interaction», «Effective Communications», and «Resourceful State».

Lyudmila Klimuk

Head of the Learning Support and Campus Service Systems Unit

Lyudmila is responsible for organization and planning of LS execution and their budgeting as well as a learning process organization in the NLMK University Campus.

Lyudmila joined NLMK in December 2018.

Lyudmila’s career began at the Russian Ministry of Justice. She then went on to work in the banking sector for 15 years, where she was in charge of activities related to mortgage transactions and mortgage product sales.

For the 3 years before joining NLMK, Lyudmila led the Business Support department at a commercial bank, part of a major international financial services group. The principal focus of her activities was training and developing business department employees, administering training programmes, as well as shaping and maintaining the incentive system.

Lyudmila graduated from the Russian Law Academy of the Russian Ministry of Justice. In 2002, she completed an international law course at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, a university run by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Vyacheslav Lanskoy

Learning Automation Track Manager

Vyacheslav is in charge of integrating the Corporate University’s support and training systems with NLMK’s internal corporate digital systems, creating and developing the Virtual Campus platform, and integrating the product approach in project implementation.

Before joining NLMK, Vyacheslav was in charge of creating and developing digital products in the steelmaking and transport industries. He implemented e-commerce projects for pipe products and cars from official dealer centers, monetizing airport services, and digitalizing the training of highly qualified talent in Russian steelmaking and machine building.

He joined NLMK in December 2021.

Vyacheslav has extensive experience in implementing digital projects in various industries, identifying the needs of business customers and product users, transforming business requirements into functional ones, integrating projects with internal and external systems, collaborating with internal and external development teams, and enhancing the user characteristics of products.

Vyacheslav graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in Standardization, Certification, Metrological Support, and Interchangeability.

Evgeny Skrochinsky

LEARNING CONTENT DIGITALIZATION TRACK MANAGER

Evgeny is in charge of developing and introducing new, advanced formats of remote and asynchronous learning, creating and publishing digital content in various systems, and setting up the customer journey in the SAP SF training system.

Evgeny joined NLMK in December 2020. Prior to joining our company, Evgeny spent over 8 years working in the training departments of a large Russian petrochemical company and an international retail company, he led a distance learning team, and was engaged in evaluating the efficiency of educational programmes.

He has extensive experience in the development of distance, full-time and mixed learning programmes, as well as digitalization and automation of learning processes.

Evgeny graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics, Management, and Law (currently Moscow Witte University) with a degree in Organization Management.

Vitaly Khomutetsky

Internal Training Culture and Team Cooperation Track Manager

Vitaly joined NLMK in May 2021. Vitaly’s focus is on improving development services offered to NLMK leaders and teams. He is responsible for developing training skills, facilitating sessions and conferences, organizing coaching sessions, and tracking support for projects.

Before joining NLMK, Vitaly had worked at a major petrochemical company for five years where he developed and administered educational programmes and helped leaders enable systemic development of their teams.

Vitaly graduated from Tyumen State University majoring in Public Governance. He spent 10 years in municipal service, implementing youth projects and scouting, developing and promoting young talents.

He is active as a Corporate University internal trainer for “The Power of Language: Communication with Employees”, “The Power of Language: Public Speaking”, and “Leader resilience” learning solutions.
