What is coaching?
Coaching
The method of professional partner interaction, which allows to reveal the maximum potential of a person.
Who is a coach?
A professional who helps the client independently find solutions within himself to achieve personal or professional goals.

Request based on the results of the career committee
According to the results of the career committee or the annual assessment of the head, individual coaching can be recommended to work out development areas. Coaching as one of the tools for the development of managerial competencies can be included in the IPR.
Choosing a coach
Installation meeting with the coach:
  • Introduction
  • Formulation of the request
  • Conclusion of a coaching contract

In the framework of the setup meeting, the coach and the client get acquainted, discuss the conditions and rules of interaction during coaching sessions, the client formulates a request (goal) for several sessions. Personal acquaintance and establishing contact between the coach and the client increases work efficiency and helps to create a trusting atmosphere.
Working with the request (from 4 to 10 sessions)
To work on the request, the client, with the help of a coach, moves towards the goal in several meetings of 45-90 minutes. The speed and effectiveness of working on a request depends on the client`s engagement and the regularity of meetings with the coach.
